Our Commitment

California and Riverside County

In California, source of income protections include government rental assistance such as Housing Choice Vouchers, commonly known as Section 8. Twin Palm Properties considers applicants and residents in Riverside County using consistent standards and does not refuse participation solely because lawful rental assistance is involved.

Reasonable Accommodations and Modifications

We will consider reasonable accommodation and reasonable modification requests from applicants and residents with disabilities in accordance with applicable law. Requests are reviewed promptly and through an interactive process when more information is needed.
